At Nirwaan Enterprises, we take immense pride in the quality of our perfumes. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, broken, or leaking upon delivery
  • The product is defective or does not match the description on our website
  • A wrong product was delivered to you

 

We do not accept returns on the following grounds:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
  • Dislike of fragrance or scent intensity (fragrance perception is subjective)
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices
  1. Return Window

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nirwaanenterprises@gmail.com or calling +91 77779 17689.

 

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained, except in cases of quality issues covered under the manufacturing warranty.

  1. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at nirwaanenterprises@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, contact details, and a clear description of the issue
  3. Attach photographs of the damaged or incorrect product (mandatory)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
  5. If approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back
  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

 

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online payments: Refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI within 7–10 business days after bank details are shared

 

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Replacement Policy

In cases where a product is damaged in transit or a wrong product is delivered, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the return is received and verified.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at nirwaanenterprises@gmail.com or +91 77779 17689 with your Order ID.

 

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may follow the return process after delivery.

 

For marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), the cancellation and return policy of the respective platform will apply.

  1. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are strictly non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized fragrance orders
  • Gift sets that have been opened or partially used
  • Products purchased during clearance or liquidation sales
  • Samples and trial-size products
